Refund policy

We have a simple exchange and/or return policy. However, before requesting an exchange or return, keep the following points in mind:

• We accept exchanges and returns on all products within 7 days of the date they are delivered to customers.
• Customers must have left the products unused and unwashed.
• To claim the exchange or return policy, the products and articles must have all tags attached, and the customer must provide us with a copy of the original receipt to claim the refund or exchange.
• Requests for exchanges and returns must be made in writing to our Whatsapp number +92 305 2221899.
• Customers will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us via courier in order for the exchange or return requests to progress and proceed.
• After receiving the merchandise back from the customers, we will initiate the exchange or return process.
• The return and exchange processes will only be conducted and carried forward after conducting a thorough check of the merchandise in question. The customer will also be charged courier fees for receiving the merchandise back through delivery.
• In the event of a refund, Rs 200 will be deducted from the total amount.
• Mipjstore accepts no responsibility for items and merchandise damaged during the delivery process.

FOR EXCHANGE: During the exchange process, customers can change the size of the product or replace it with another product; in this case, customers will be given store credit that they can use to purchase other items from our website.

FOR REFUND: Customers who wish to return an item will be refunded via easy paisa, jazz cash, or bank account, and you will be required to share your account information.
